SHIPPING POLICY

Thank you for shopping with Distribution Liquidair Inc.! We are a Canadian-based company dedicated to providing our customers with high-quality products and excellent customer service, including fast and reliable shipping.

Domestic Shipping (Canada)

We offer standard shipping options for all orders within Canada. Delivery times vary depending on the destination, but generally range from 2 to 5 business days.

Orders are processed and shipped within a maximum of 5 business days following purchase, unless otherwise stated on the product page.

We also offer signature-required delivery to ensure the secure receipt of packages. However, if the carrier leaves the package at the customer’s door or in a location deemed secure by the carrier, we cannot be held responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged after delivery.

International Shipping:

• We do not currently ship internationnally, but are opened to off-site deals if you want to buy from us (and reside outside of Canada).
• Please note that international orders may be subject to customs clearance procedures, which may cause additional delays and fees beyond our control.
• Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be before placing your order.

Order Tracking:

• Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to track your order.
• Please note that it may take up to 24 hours for tracking information to become available.

Shipping Restrictions:

• We cannot ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
• Some products may have additional shipping restrictions, which will be noted on the product page.
• We reserve the right to cancel any orders that violate our shipping policy or terms of service.
